A fun, free event to distribute backpacks and school supplies to middle and high school students in need from the Beaverton School District. Our goal is to serve 500 students who do not have resources for school supplies. More information on the EVENTS page. |

A Love Story Elizabeth called 211 (resource line for people in need), and received many referrals. One of those was Love INC of Greater Beaverton. A recent transplant from Michigan , Elizabeth was in need of most everything. Along with her two teenagers, she had no furniture, household items or linens. Through the partnership of our local churches, God has provided beds for all three (Cedar Mill Bible), sheets, towels, comforter (Bethlehem Lutheran), kitchen and household items (Calvary Chapel) loveseat, coffee table, dining room table and chairs (Journey with Christ) and a pressure cooker of lentils and ham (Sunset Covenant Church). According to Elizabeth, “the spirits of the people are sincere and loving”. |
